Order Placement & Acceptance

  • All orders placed with must either be placed via the website or by freecalling 1800 805 852
  • All orders placed through our website are subject to our acceptance and we reserve the right to decline any order. Any product listing on the website is not an offer to sell, and no order shall bind the company unless accepted by it. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders are subject to acceptance by within seven (7) days of receipt by of the customer’s offer
  • A full refund will be issued for any declined orders where a payment for the order has been made by the customer

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Shipping Costs are determined by a flat rate per order based on location and updated at the time of order placement
  • We ship to physical addresses (or P.O. Box) where a person is available to sign for delivery. (To avoid delays and possible second delivery charges, we strongly recommend that you provide an attended business address (such as a work address), where someone you trust will be available to receive and sign for the delivery during normal business hours.)
  • Shipping and dispatch times on our website are indicative only
    Orders for products are processed within 1 business day of receipt of payment
  • Orders for products made after 2pm will generally be shipped in the following day and delivered within 10-14 days
  • Orders for products where the quantity ordered is larger than the quantity available may be shipped in a single or multiple shipments depending on the ETA for the outstanding quantity. Please let us know your preference on the Order Comments at the time of placing the order
  • Orders for products with an ETA will be shipped once the product is received into stock. ETA is an ESTIMATED Time of Arrival as indicated by our manufacturer and is hence subject change. You should check your orders status history on our website for any changes to the ETA
  • Out-of-stock products will be placed on backorder
  • Orders with multiple shipments will most likely result in shipments arriving at different times. Please check the number of shipments for your order during the checkout process
  • You should check your orders status history on our website to stay up-to-date with your order progress


Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel any order or part thereof prior to shipping without any penalties or fees
  • A full refund will be issued within 3 days of order cancellation
  • Shipped orders that have not yet been delivered may be cancelled on a case by case basis. You should contact us as soon as possible to discuss


Loss and Damage

  • Our responsibility and accountability for loss of goods or damage in transit ends at the time when we provide the goods to the courier for delivery, or once they otherwise leave our possession


Additional Fees and Charges

  • If we incur extra delivery charges as a result of your action or inaction, these may be passed on to you at our discretion
  • An example of such charges are second delivery charges by couriers as a result of you or someone who can receive the goods not being in attendance at your nominated delivery address when you have specified that the address is attended during normal business hours

Refunds and Returns

  • You must go through our returns procedure in order for us to process your return
  • All costs associated with returning goods are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable
  • All forward returns will be rejected
  • Any returned goods must be complete with all accessories and in original packaging and accompanied with the original invoice
  • Our Service Centre reserves the right to reject incomplete or not properly packaged items
  • All goods must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date to receive a full refund (less shipping and handling fee)
