Shipping Information

  • Shipping Costs are determined by a flat rate per order based on location and updated at the time of order placement.
  • We ship to a street address (or P.O Box) where upon you or person is available to sign for the delivery. To avoid delays and possible second delivery charges, we strongly recommend that you provide an attended business address, such as a work address, where someone will be available to receive and sign for the delivery during normal business hours.
  • Shipping and dispatch times on our website are indicative only, orders are processed within 1 business day of receipt of payment.
  • Orders placed after 2pm will be processed and packaged the following day and delivered within 10-14 business days. Due to covid restrictions and operational constraints delivery times may be affected.
  • Upon your order being shipped you will automatically receive an email with tracking information. If you did not receive this email we are happy to resend it.
  • Orders with larger quantities than our quantity available may be shipped in a single shipment or multiple shipments depending on the ETA of outstanding stock. Please leave your preference in “order comments’. Orders for products with an ETA will be shipped once the product is received into stock. ETA is an ESTIMATED Time of Arrival as indicated by our manufacturer and is hence subject to change. Please check your orders status history on our website for any changes to the ETA.
  • Out-of-stock products will be placed on backorder.
  • Orders with multiple shipments will most likely result in shipments arriving at different times. Please check the number of shipments for your order during the checkout process.
  • Check your orders status history on our website to stay up-to-date with your order progress

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order or part thereof prior to shipping without any penalties or fees
  • A full refund will be issued within 3 days of order cancellation
  • Shipped orders that have not yet been delivered may be cancelled on a case-by-case basis. You should contact us as soon as possible to discuss.

Loss and Damage

  • Our responsibility and accountability for loss of goods or damage in transit ends at the time when we provide the goods to the courier for delivery, or once they otherwise leave our possession

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders are subject to acceptance by olympiccleen.com.au within seven (7) days of receipt by of the customer’s offer
  • A full refund will be issued for any declined orders where a payment for the order has been made by the customer

Order Fulfilment & Shipping

Additional Fees and Charges

  • May be passed on to you at our discretion.
  • An example of such charges are second delivery charges by couriers as a result of you or someone not being in attendance at your nominated delivery address when you have specified that the address is attended during normal business hours.
  • Orders placed with an incorrect delivery address will be returned to our warehouse, upon details corrected and redelivered a second delivery fee will be charged.

  • You must pay for the cost of the returning product.
  • Original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

Refunds and Returns

  • You must go through our Returns procedure below in order for us to process your return. Please email us with your reasons and or a photo of the product if applicable.
  • This policy only applies to products purchased on our online store website.
  • All costs associated with returning goods are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
  • All forward returns will be rejected.
  • Any returned goods must be complete with all accessories and in original packaging and accompanied with the original invoice.
  • Our Service Centre reserves the right to reject incomplete or items
  • All goods must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date to receive a full refund (less shipping and handling fee)
